Freshman Chad Doyle placed third in the 300m in a time of 41.80, while sophomore Cavin Curley won the 600m in 1:41.2. Duxbury cleaned up the rest of the 600m run with freshman Craig Feeney (1:42.5), senior Mike Kozmiski (1:50.60), and freshman Max Butcher (1:55.60). Junior Alex Stewart won the one-mile in 5:18 and the 1000m in 3:13, while freshman Tate Allen came in second in the mile with a time of 5:22. With a short rest, Allen later won the two-mile with an impressive time of 11:41. He was closely followed by Feeney (12:07) and Olav Serred (3rd/ 13:10). Senior captain Parker Doyle started his season off great by winning three events: the 55m hurdles, long jump and the high jump. In the 55 meter hurdles, senior Brody Zisko came in second (9.30) and junior Keenan Siciliano was third (10.84). Junior Mark Trudeau won the shot put with a toss of 38’3.5”. |
