Junior Kim Reske (Sacred Heart ’05) started at guard and saw 28 minutes of action for Curry College in their 58-41 win over Gordon… Hamilton sophomore goaltender Meg Shine (Tabor ’06) faced 55 shots in the Continentals’ 6-3 loss to Plattsburgh State on Saturday in NY… Sophomore Pat Magnarelli (DHS ’06) and his Harvard men’s basketball team get back in action this Friday night in Philadelphia when they take on Penn in Ivy League action… Harvard sophomore Andrew Knapp (DHS ’06) had a rough Saturday afternoon against Army, dropping his 285-lbs. match to Chip Reed (5-2) in a 25-9 loss to West Point… Holy Cross senior defenseman Parny Ormiston (DHS ’04) and her Holy Cross hockey team is in the middle of a rough stretch after dropping a pair of games to Manhattanville over the weekend… Holy Cross freshman Ashley Buckley (DHS ’07) represented the Crusaders in the Collegiate Division at this past weekend’s Reebok Indoor Games at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston. Buckley placed 43rd in the 200m dash and 15th in the long jump with a leap of 4.25 meters… Indiana U. junior Peter Antons (DHS ’05) and his doubles partner Santiago Gruter won their #3 doubles match, 8-3, in a 7-0 shutout win over Eastern Kentucky. They followed that with an 8-0 win at #3 doubles in a 7-0 shutout win over Indiana State… Roanoke University junior Wava Doyle (DHS ’05) had an impressive second-place finish in the 800-meter run at the Capital Invitational in Bexley, Ohio earlier this month, helping her team take home the title… Wheaton senior Meg Miller (DHS ’04) finished 2nd in the 200-yard medley relay and 3rd in the 50-yard freestyle relay in a 184-93 rout of Babson on Saturday… Sophomore Billy Carroll (DHS ’05) has a goal and 3 assists for the UMass-Dartmouth hockey team that is currently 8-6.{sidebar id=1}
