Four Duxbury figure skaters competed in the 2008 Bay State Winter Games
held in Berkshire County on Feb. 1 to 3. Almost 700 athletes
participated in figure skating, alpine skiing and ice hockey at three
facilities in Williamstown, North Adams and Pittsfield, respectively.

participated in figure skating, alpine skiing and ice hockey at three
facilities in Williamstown, North Adams and Pittsfield, respectively.
The four Duxbury participants included: 12-year old Kelley Cronin, who finished seventh in the Pre-Juvenile Free Skate Group 2; 14-year old Tessa Riccio, who finished sixth in the Intermediate Short Program Group 1, and ninth in the Intermediate Free Skate; 8-year old Caroline Vitaro, who finished 10th in the Pre-Preliminary Free Skate Group 1; and 10-year old Elizabeth Vitaro, who finished seventh in the Pre-Preliminary B Free Skate Group 1.{sidebar id=6} |
