Richard and Kathy Prone of Duxbury announce the engagement of their daughter Lauren Prone to Ian Kynoch of Hertfordshire, England, the son of Gil and Marilyn Kynoch. Lauren is a 2001 graduate of Duxbury High School and graduated from Ithaca College in 2005 with BAs in psychology and Spanish. She is currently completing an internship in Barcelona, Spain, as a candidate for a Masters of Arts in international education. Ian received a history degree from the University of Nottingham (England) in 2005 and qualified as a lawyer in 2009. He is employed as an associate lawyer of Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Manchester, England. Lauren and Ian met in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and share a love of traveling, running and hiking. A fall 2012 wedding is planned. |
