He was also active in Masonic and Shrine organizations, being a Past Master of Joseph Webb Lodge, a Past Commander of Boston Commandary No. 2, and a Past Potentate of the Alleppo Temple. He served for many years on the Board of Governors of the Shriners Burns Institute, Boston. Mr. Wilson leaves his daughters, Constance Enniss of Duxbury and Sara Marshall of Littleton, N.H.; his sons, Robert Gardiner Wilson, IV, of Chelsea, and John C. Wilson of Boston; his sisters Ruth W. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at the Pilgrim Congregational Church, 404 Washington St., Duxbury. Burial will be private.
