Anthony M. Ribeiro, Jr of Middleboro, died Dec. 7, 2011. He was 69 years old. Mr. Ribeiro worked as a school bus driver for many years in both Duxbury, and Plymouth. He was a longtime parishioner at St. Mary’s Church in Plymouth, and enjoyed doing volunteer work for St. Vincent De Paul. He was a member of the Gravely Club of America, and a farmer who was actively involved in the 4H Marshfield Fair in both livestock and agriculture Mr. Riero was the husband of the late Barbara J. (Glass) Ribeiro. He leaves his children, Christine Humphrey of Ohio, John Randall of Kingston, Vicky Williams of Plymouth, Debbie Pimental of Plympton, and the late Michael Randall; his companion, Rita Chistolini Henault and her daughter Emily Pearce of Middleboro; his grandchildren, Steven and Matthew Williams, Heather Northington, Skip Martin, Tiffany Dias, and Jessica Michael; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass was held at St. Mary’s Church in Plymouth on Dec. 13 and he is buried in Mayflower cemetery in Duxbury. Donations may be made in Mr. Ribeiro’s name to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168. |
