Ann A. Ulich, 75, of Ormond Beach, Fla., formerly of Middleboro, died
on Sunday, August 10 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth after a
short illness.
Ann A. Ulich, 75, of Ormond Beach, Fla., formerly of Middleboro, died on Sunday, August 10 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth after a short illness. The daughter of the late Irving M. and Mildred A. (Whitney) Atwood, she was born in Newton on September 17, 1932. She was raised and educated in Newton and was a graduate of Wheelock College and received her Master’s degree from Bridgewater State College.{sidebar id=4} Mrs. Ulich had been employed as a special needs teacher at the former Lakeville Hospital also known as the Mass Hospital School. She was a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association, taught night school in Middleboro and had traveled to all 50 states with her husband. She leaves her husband, Sigismund M. Ulich, three sons, Dennis M. Wright of Glendale, Calif., Carl S. Ulich of Middleboro and Ronald D. Ulich of Duxbury, two daughters, Shirley A. Lewis of Columbia, S.C. and Anita L. Sullivan of Duxbury and nine grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Elizabeth Kelly. Funeral services were held on Aug. 14 at the Sullivan Funeral Home in Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. |
