Robert L. Palumbo, 91, of Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Duxbury, died on June 9.
Robert L. Palumbo, 91, of Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Duxbury, died on June 9. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of World War II with the rank of Major. He retired as a civil engineer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was a parishioner at St. Juliana Catholic Church, West Palm Beach, Fla. and a member of the American Legion and the DAV. Mr. Palumbo was the husband of the late Lillian Palumbo. He leaves his children, Donna (Howie) Bryer, Plymouth, Richard Palumbo, Lake Worth, Fla., Bob Palumbo, Hollywood, Fla. and a grandson, Craig Bryer, Plymouth. A Funeral Mass was held on June 12, at St. Juliana Catholic Church, West Palm Beach, Fla., the Rev. Camillus Temba celebrant. Burial with military honors was held on Saturday, June 14, at Hillcrest Memorial Park, West Palm Beach, Fla. |
