Diane E. (Waid) Seppala, 65 years of age, died at the Kidndred Hospital
Northeast in Braintree on Dec. 30 from complications of Eastern equine
encephalitis infection.
Diane E. (Waid) Seppala, 65 years of age, died at the Kidndred Hospital Northeast in Braintree on Dec. 30 from complications of Eastern equine encephalitis infection. She was born in Hackensack, N.J. She was raised in Braintree and graduated from Braintree High School. She attended the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston for several years. She was an artist who painted in oil and also mixed media. She prepared collages among other works. Diane was a Gallery Artist who had won many prizes and awards. She was associated with the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset. She was a Landscape Designer and an expert gardener.{sidebar id=1} Diane is survived by her husband: James W. Seppala; two sons: James P. Seppala married to Liane Seppala of Cohasset and Paul David Seppala married to Holly Seppala of Effingham, N.H. She is also survived by two grandchildren: Axel Seppala and Dagmar Seppala of Cohasset. A memorial service is being planned for the spring. Memorial Donations may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are by the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Chapels Inc. of Braintree and Weymouth.{sidebar id=6} |
