Mr. Kenneth R. Park of Duxbury, age 99, died on Sun., March 2. He was a graduate of Whitman High School and Burdett College.
Mr. Kenneth R. Park of Duxbury, age 99, died on Sun., March 2. He was a graduate of Whitman High School and Burdett College. Mr. Park was a registered gemologist, conducted his own business since 1951 and was a member of the Boston Jewelers Club. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 227, a Mason Shriner and a world traveler.{sidebar id=1} Mr. Park served in WWII, 100th Infantry Division in France and Germany and the Battle of the Bulge. He was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant Major. Mr. Park leaves his nephew Douglas P. Arnold of Falmouth. He was the husband of the late Yvonne Park. Services will be private In lieu of flowers; donations may be made to the Shriners Burn Institute, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114.{sidebar id=6} |
