Agents and staff with the Duxbury office will be selling raffle tickets outside Foodies periodically throughout the months of September and October, as well as at their office at 53 Railroad Ave. 
The company looks to exceed funds raised last year through the sale of raffle tickets as well as other company-initiated events. The monies raised will benefit the William Raveis American Cancer Society Navigator Care Program at the University of Connecticut Heath Center in Farmington, Conn. and the American Cancer Society/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Patient Navigator Program in Boston.  These programs provide guidance and support for cancer patients, their families and caregivers as they face the logistical, financial and emotional challenges of their unique cancer experience.  So far, William Raveis has raised $1.5 million in support of these valuable programs.
Raffle tickets are only $5 each and there are a total of 20 prizes to be awarded, including a diamond and 14K gold ring, a $1,000 American Express gift card, $500 gift certificates for Williams Sonoma, Banana Republic, and Pottery Barn, Apple 16G iPad, and many more.  The drawing for prize winners will be held on Dec. 10, 2012, at the company headquarters in Shelton, Conn.  Tickets may also be purchased through the company’s Web site at raveis.com.   For further information, call the Duxbury office at 781-934-2104.
