Robert G. Millar, 86

Robert Gerrish Millar of Duxbury, died on Tuesday,  Feb. 10.  He was 86.  Mr. Millar graduated from St. Paul’s School in 1936, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1940, and from Northeastern University Law School in 1947.  He served as a Captain in the U. S. Air Force during World War II.
