| Duxbury police arrest man wanted for Wareham robbery |

Duxbury Police arrested a Carver man wanted for a Wareham Bank Robbery on Tuesday evening at Cox's Corner in Duxbury.
Nicholas Liadis, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Duxbury police station for booking after police received informatin from the Wareham police that they believe the suspect in a bank robbery earlier in the day in Wareham may be working in Duxbury. Duxbury officers located the suspect's vehicle at his workplace in the Cox's Coerner business area. A short time later Duxbury officers, accompanied by FBI agents, entered the establishment and found the suspect present. Police seized a Toyota Camry, which was believed to be used in the Wareham robber, in the parking lot of Liadis' employer. Liadis was trasnferred to the custody of Wareham police Tuesday evening and was transported to the Wareham Police Department where he was held overnight. Lidais will be arraigned at Wareham District Court Wednesday morning. |
