The Before and After Dark program has a number of interesting and exciting classes starting in September and early October.
For adults, there are a number of new offerings including Speak for Success, Buttoning Up the Garden, and Seafood Cooking classes. Interested in staying active? We offer Zumba, T’Ai Chi, Get Fit with Erging, Social Ballroom, as well as a one-hour class that combines a yoga, pilates, stability ball, and weight training workout. Learn something new by taking an Italian class, Feng Shui, Retirement Planning or Introduction to Reiki. Get that next great novel onto the page with the Getting Published workshop or discover your artistic talents through I Always Wanted to be an Artist. Take advantage of our outdoor classes and give your dog a social experience by enrolling in Dog School, try your hand in one of our fishing classes, or bring the family on a cranberry trek or crab catching. We also feature over 25 classes for kids and teens, covering a wide range of interests and activities, and many of them meet conveniently right after the school day ends. For complete course and registration information please consult your Before and After Dark flyer, call the office at 781-934-7633, or visit the Web site link listed under District Services at duxbury.k12.ma.us. |
