SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 1 passed. Voters transferred $1.32
million from free cash to increase the amount of the FY2004
appropriation for Employee Benefits and Health Insurance to cover the
health trust deficit.
ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 1 passed. Voters transferred $1.32 million from free cash to increase the amount of the FY2004 appropriation for Employee Benefits and Health Insurance to cover the health trust deficit.
ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 1 passed. Voters transferred $1.32 million from free cash to increase the amount of the FY2004 appropriation for Employee Benefits and Health Insurance to cover the health trust deficit. ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 2 passed. Four inter-departmental budget transfers totaling $61,000 were completed. ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 3 passed in the amount of $1.1 million for a new water main and service improvements on a section of Tremont St. (Route 3A) from Woodbridge Rd. to Millbrook station. ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 4 was indefinitely postponed. There were no union contracts to fund. ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 5 passed unanimously in the amount of $1,201.95. This money will pay unpaid bills received after the fiscal year closed June 30, 2003. This article needed and received a nine-tenths majority vote. ï SPECIAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLE 6 passed. Voters approved Fire Chief William Harriman’s request to sell the department’s Hummer, valued between $40,000 to $45,000, and use the proceeds to buy a smaller vehicle.
