Marie E. (Kent) Kenney of Duxbury died on April 8, 2012 at the age of 94. She was the daughter of the late William and Bridget (Moran) Kent. Mrs. Kenney was born and raised in Boston. She lived in Duxbury for 25 years and worked for the MBTA before she retired. She also worked part time for Lechmere and The Christmas Tree Shop in Pembroke. Mrs. Kenney leaves her children, Walter Foley and his wife Judith of Duxbury, Joseph Foley and his wife Melissa of Duxbury, Helen Linnehan and her husband Thomas of Uxbridge and Bill Kenney and his wife Audrey of Clearwater, Kan.; her grandchildren, Cheryl, Walter and Elyse Foley, Joseph, Michael, Timothy and Kevin Foley, Brian and Elizabeth Linnehan and Billy, Morgan and Lauren Kenney; and 12 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont St. Duxbury on Thursday, April 12 at 10 a.m.  Burial will be held at a later date.
