Thomas C. Sieminski of Duxbury died March 15 at the age of 69. Mr. Sieminski was raised in Dorchester and was a graduate of Boston English High School. He moved to Duxbury in 1977. He was a retired salesman in the food industry Mr. Sieminski leaves his wife, Catherine (Gosselin) Sieminski; his children, John Sieminski and his wife Elizabeth of Dedham, Robert Sieminski of Kingston and the late Thomas K. Sieminski and his wife Joanne of Plymouth; his brothers, Richard Sieminski and his wife Sherri of Fla. and the late Edward Sieminski; a sister, Cathy Welch and her husband Billy of N.Y.; his grandchildren, Thomas W., Michael, Kelsey, Bryan, Rachael, Caitlin and Teddy. He was the son of the late Charles and Stella (Dziok) Sieminski. A Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont St. Duxbury, on Wednesday, March 21 at 10 a.m. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Jordan Hospital Club Cancer Center 275 Sandwich St. Plymouth, MA 02360.
