Clipper Visit: Meet Tracy Baugous

Tracy Baugous participated in a conference call with public health officials from around the state and learned that the town would experience its second round of aerial spraying to combat Eastern Equine Encephalitis. She acted quickly, alerting residents to another application. This was Baugous' first day on the job as Duxbury's health agent back in August.
